Playing as a guest
Your drafts, results, hint usage and tutorial preference stay in this browser’s storage. Clearing browser data removes these guest saves. Guest progress is not uploaded to our account database.
Signing in
Google Firebase Authentication manages Google and email/password sign-in and remembers your session on this device until you sign out or clear browser data. Firebase stores your account email and, for Google accounts, the basic profile information Google shares. KEYLESS does not receive access to your Gmail messages. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication.
After your email is verified, puzzle drafts, results and daily hint usage sync to your account’s private Firestore records in the United States. When you sign in from guest play, that browser’s guest progress is brought into your account. A submitted account result stays locked.
Your choices
Open Account to sign out and return to guest play. Clearing browser data removes local copies but does not delete an account’s cloud saves.
KEYLESS does not include advertising or Google Analytics. Hosting and authentication providers process technical information needed to serve the site, prevent abuse and operate sign-in. See Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
